My name is Jamie Daskalis and I am the Chef and Owner of Making It Delicious. I started this company as a consulting company to my family's restaurants.  Over the last few years we have been growing into our own brand, bringing you great flavors right to your home.  With a variety of spices and sauces available, along with the many free recipes available we make cooking at home easy.  Making It Delicious is also the name of my first cookbook which was design for the home cook to cook at home with ease.  I put together a collection of 98 recipes with under 140 ingredients, making it easy and cost effective to cook at home.  As of recently I have started offering private chef dinners and  Restaurant and Menu Consulting, locally here in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Please feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions and or concerns.
